Safe and cost effective solutions for complex heavylift cargo handling

Heavylift engineering and project logistics management

About us

About Modulus

Modulus Projects is a UAE-based heavylift, transportation and installation engineering firm — we design, engineer, and manage the movement of complex cargo, from naval architecture, transportation and installation to project cargo packing and global trading. Engineering, consulting, and site management all stay in-house with our team. Where others see tonnage, we see a blueprint. Share your cargo, route, and plan, and we'll scope a feasibility study around it.

Our services

Heavylift, marine, and project cargo services

Engineering and consulting are delivered in-house. Project and site management stay with our team. Fabrication, packing, and trading are executed with qualified partners to the same specification. Browse the scope below, then request a feasibility study.

Industries we serve

Built for the sectors that move complex cargo

EPCs, operators, and cargo owners use Modulus Projects when the load is over-dimensional or out-of-gauge and needs a calculated plan from origin to site. These are the industries we work in every week.

Oil & Gas

Modules, trains, and pressure equipment moved under engineered lift and sea-fastening plans.

Power generation

Transformers, turbines, and generators planned from the factory to the foundation.

Offshore

Jackets, topsides, and structures engineered for transport and installation.

Petrochemicals

Columns, reactors, and plant equipment packed and transported as calculated cargo.

Infrastructure

Bridge sections, plant modules, and civil packages with one engineering owner.

Ports & terminals

Cranes, STS components, and quay equipment handled through load-out and set-down.

Shipbuilding

Blocks, outfits, and vessel modifications supported by naval architecture.

Renewables

Nacelles, towers, and foundation pieces moved as over-dimensional project cargo.

Our approach

How we work

Assess, engineer, plan, deliver — for energy, power, infrastructure, ports, and plant cargo.

01 / 04

Step 01

01

Step 01

Assess

We start with the cargo, the route, and the site. Feasibility and survey come first — so the move is possible before it is promised.

02

Step 02

Engineer

Load path, supports, and method are drawn as one calculation. Energy, power, and plant cargo get a plan that matches the object — not a generic shipment.

03

Step 03

Plan

Land, water, load-out, and set-down are sequenced together. Infrastructure, ports, and renewables projects run on that same brief.

04

Step 04

Deliver

One team stays with the job through logistics and site. You deal with a single accountable line from the study to erection.

Some cargo can't afford a mistake. Neither can you.

Chapter 01

Feasibility and Survey for Complex Cargo Move and Erection

Feasibility first. We survey the cargo, the route, the plan, and the site as a single calculation — before anyone talks about a sailing date.

Chapter 02

Engineer the Load Path

Marine engineering and naval architecture define stress, stability, and how the object meets the ship. The blueprint is the move.

Chapter 03

Pack for Open Water

Packing is not wrapping. It is structural design — sealed, secured, and stress-tested so heavy, oversized, and fragile can travel together.

Execute With One Accountable Line

Sourcing, coordination, and delivery sit with one team. Nothing is lost between the port and the paperwork.

Incoterms® 2020

Who pays, who risks, where the cargo changes hands.

Incoterms® 2020 are the ICC rules that split cost, risk, and delivery between seller and buyer. They do not transfer title, set the price, or replace a lift study. Tap a rule — see the handover for heavylift cargo.
